On the 29th of August the SzEEDSM Program Management conducted the Dissertation Defense of Elza Saitova. (Title of the PhD thesis: Challenges to women’s leadership in business organizations in Japan)
The dissertation examines the multi-gender environment in Japanese organizations and investigates how women managers are embedded into business organizations in Japan, a country where culture and religion work against the gender equality.
