On the 27th of October the SzEEDSM Program Management conducted the Dissertation Defense of Padmaka Mirihagalla. (Title of the PhD thesis: Evaluation, development, and application of organizational capability maturity models)
The dissertation explores the dynamics of MMs within the world of publications across dimensions such as journal rankings and citations, investigates theoretical issues within current MMs and provides the necessary theoretical grounding, and demonstrates how to evaluate MMs using the introduced theoretical grounding in paper two.
