On the 31th of March the SzEEDSM Program Management conducted the Dissertation Defense of Piroska Hoffman. (Title of the PhD thesis: Trust and collaboration in multicultural virtual organizations)
This dissertation targets the knowledge gap, of how the virtual teamwork rewrote the way of collaboration and trust since it fundamentally changed the formulation and development of social capital. The aim of the dissertation was a new conceptual model of virtual team collaboration, which takes the main crux of virtual teams into consideration.
