On the 26th of March the SzEEDSM Program Management conducted the Preliminary Dissertation Defense of Máté Tóth. (Title of the PhD thesis: Hungarian Energy Law as an Example of Using Complex System Viewpoints to Understand Risks in Public Administration Normativity)
