The SzEEDSM Doctoral Program in Business Administration Sciences of the Széchenyi István University, which is the only English-language program of this level in Hungary in the field of economics, is becoming more and more popular. A significant proportion of students and lecturers are foreigners, strengthening the international visibility, prestige and foreign relations of the institution.
Professor Dr. László Komlósi, Director of SZEEDSM, said that the program was a new branch of an existing, successful doctoral school, and that the start required the openness of the management of Széchenyi István University and the continuous financial support of the Pallas Athene Domus Meriti Foundation of the Hungarian National Bank, which allows them to provide a significant amount of performance-based scholarships to students.
